The Team
We have an enthusiastic team of experienced teachers, who have a good command of English. When we start we will have native speakers available, but we are hoping more native speaking colleagues will join us as we grow. Our present teachers have to live up to the following profile:
The teacher at ISST adheres to and sets an example by living the IB Learner’s profile. They speak English at a native or near native level and are qualified, excellent and creative teachers with leadership qualities and the competence to collaborate with others. Teachers have (some) experience working with the IB philosophy and curriculum and have a clear vision on how their particular subject should be taught within this context. Teachers are willing to train regularly and look forward to participate in the international community we want to build. This means that teachers will contribute to the organization apart from their teaching duties.
